Executing the Structured Cabling Fit-Out
A reliable office network requires a meticulously organized infrastructure backbone. To safely route cables from the source distribution board and server room up into the ceiling void, we installed robust 100mm x 50mm two-compartment vertical trunking. Once inside the ceiling, all structured cabling was managed on heavy-duty, organized cable trays before dropping cleanly through vertical trunking directly to the workstations.
To guarantee network reliability, we strictly implemented effective cable separation. By utilizing a dual-compartment trunking system, we physically isolated electrical lines from the high-speed data cables. This crucial engineering step completely prevents electromagnetic interference (EMI), ensuring that data transmission remains flawless. For this premium deployment, we utilized original Siemon Cat 6A shielded cables (FUTP9A6L4-A5) and Z-MAX Cat 6A Shielded Modules (Z6A-S02DB) for ultimate future-proofing.
At the workstation level, desks were fitted with matching powder-coated trunking tucked neatly underneath. We mounted twin-socket power outlets and dual-outlet network points directly to custom faceplates. Whether deploying these premium Siemon components or designing high-quality, budget-optimized Giganet setups, our structured cabling expertise delivers a completely wire-free feel tailored to our clients’ exact requirements.
